The stainless steel frame of the Taurus GX4 and the polymer grip give it top ratings for shooter comfort and strength.
When worn within the waistband, this narrow, one-inch-wide frame offers little printing and has a grip dimension that can accommodate any hand.
The polymer receiver supports an inbuilt stainless-steel framework that prevents flex or deformation when firing in order to provide structural stability and dependable cycling in such a downsized base.

There are two backstrap options for the Taurus GX4.
The conventional backstrap profile, which has a little palm swell to accommodate the desired grip for most shooters, is installed at the factory.
Installing the accompanying high-swell backstrap will allow users who want a higher wrist position for natural point-of-aim via a more pronounced palm swell.

The Taurus GX4 trigger’s fast, precise sear break and pleasingly short, tactile reset—both essential for quick, on-target follow-up shots—will delight shooters with its accuracy and predictability.
Serrations running the length of the trigger safety blade increase the level of control.
These serrations encourage a straighter, more consistent trigger pull by reducing finger slide.

The serrations, which are found at the front and back of the slide, not only offer a secure grip for loading and unloading cartridges, but they also enable push or pull manipulation from either end of the slide to suit the shooter’s preferred operation style.
